We feel so lucky to have found Desi. Our son started with her at one year old and settled in straight away, which made me returning to work after maternity leave so much easier and far less stressful. He absolutely adores her and is always so happy to go, which says everything.

Desi is so warm, flexible and a complete natural with kids. It’s not just a job for her, you can tell she genuinely enjoys nurturing children. Her home feels like a home away from home — it’s such a lovely space that she’s designed with children in mind. From the large open plan ground floor, to the big enclosed garden and a dedicated cabin where the kids can play. It’s a kid’s dream!

Desi offers plenty of variety and stimulation for the children — rhyme time at the library, soft play, trips out to the woods, local airport to see planes, parties at home to celebrate birthdays and more — there’s always something fun going on. Our son has also made such lovely friendships there and we can see the impact her setting is making on his development everyday.

Desi and her family feel like part of our family now. We couldn’t recommend her more.
