Mashrifa was great with our little one. He didn't cry at all when we left, which isn't usual and had a good time when we were away. Mashrifa kept me updated. She followed our instructions and our little one was very happy when we got back. We will definitely be using her again.
Choosing a baby sitter for the first time leaving our 8 month old baby was never going to be easy. Mashrifah’s qualifications are of course excellent, but she also warm and communicative throughout and we even met her beforehand to calm my nerves.
She was punctual an excellent communicator beforehand and during the evening we were out about how our little one was doing.
We are very happy to recommend Mashrifah and will definitely be using her again.
Mashrifah is reliable, punctual and professional. We have a 2 year old boy and a 10 month old baby. She babysat for us on Saturday night with a very short notice and was very flexible with our return time. We ended up returning at 12:30am and both my sons were asleep. She also messaged us with updates and easily reached whilst we were out. Will definitely ask for her help again! Highly recommended!
Mashrifah babysat for us for the first time, on a Friday night, with just a little over 24 hours' notice. She replied to messages promptly and was very professional and punctual, which relieved my anxiety about leaving my toddler at home. My son took to her immediately and wasnt even too bothered when it was time for me to leave. I think Mashrifah may have sensed I was a bit anxious as she kept me updated via text which was reassuring. In all it was a very good experience and my son even asked where "Aunty" was when he woke up the next morning :) .
Mashrifah is a lovely person and was great with our baby daughter. The fact that she works in the baby room at a nursery was very reassuring and she has incredible skills with babies! I would recommend her to everyone, she was brilliant x
