My Requirements
March 2024: we are seeking an occasional babysitter. First aid training essential and special needs experience preferable. You must be physically fit enough to cope with lifting a 6 year old boy into a chair. Our son needs more care than the average child due to his additional needs, all of which we will explain to you in detail. In our kitchen he has a special Occupational Therapy approved chair for seated activities including feeding, and this is height adjustable which will help you a lot with transfers. He crawls, pulls to stand, cruises constantly and walks with assistance but not yet independently. Currently he is non-verbal. He is a sociable child with a beautiful smile and an easy temperament. He is 6 and his sister is 8 (no additional needs). She is funny and smart. They are both great characters and you will enjoy looking after them. Covid-19 vaccination is an essential requirement due to the various health conditions in our household.
