My Qualifications
I have endless qualifications that are relevant to child care. Here are a few:
BA HONS Degree, Level 2&3 in Childcare, Infection control, Equality and Diversity,
Nutrition and Health, Behaviour management, Basic Awareness of Special Needs, First Aid, the list continues.
My Availability
MINIMUM HOURS :
3 hours per session is required
ADDITIONAL SIBLINGS:
There is a charge for additional siblings, but it is not a charge per hour, rather it is a charge made at the end of the bill.
CANCELLATIONS :
If you need to cancel please give atleast 2 days notice to avoid wasting my time otherwise you will be charged.
LATE FEES :
If you are running late you will be charged for extra time but once you are over 30 mins late, you will be charged £2 for every 5 minutes.
OVER NIGHT STAYS :
Hourly charge applies until 12 midnight and it will drop until 6am and then resume to standard hourly charge.

Samera takes care of my son about 3 times a week and in that time she does look after my son well. My son has to have medication due to his ADHD/ODD diagnosis which Samera always does on the times i give her.
Most of the time my son is given homemade meals and also is taken out to the park etc.
My son loves going to Samera and he wouldn't want anyone else.

Thank you for writing an honest review Vicky as we both know the one you have wrote below is not true and not accurate. I appreciate you taking your time out and correcting your mistake. I understand you were not able to delete the review and that is fine. If you do have any issues please message me and we can speak about them. I have enjoyed looking after your son for the past year and there hasn't been any issues. If you need me to look after him in the future please feel free to contact me.
Samera takes money off u before she has done the job. She charges petrol money aswell to pick up your kids and drop them off. Also if you have her to look after your kids overnight she charges all through the night so 1 night costs over £100! Also if you want Samera to take your kids out she will charge for her aswell as your kids. Also please don't let your kids have a shower or bath at her house because Samera charges you for water! When she wants to lie down aswell she goes upstairs to lie down even though samera is meant to be looking after your kids. Also samera argues with her husband in front of kids which is not professional. This so called childminder is not to be trusted and you should never hire her!

For anyone reading this review, non of the above is true. I have proof of everything. To remain professional I will not say too much, but please check out the other review Victoria had left me which is the complete opposite to this one. I have never received a bad review and have messages off Victoria that contradict what she has wrote on here.
Sumera has been a Godsend. She is super nice and very good with kids. It was an easy transition with her in a difficult time.

She help me pick up my 2 kid after school, very lovely lady. My kids are happy go to her house, she have many toy for them to play also help me teach them to read book. I’m highly recommend.

My son he is 3 years old and It was first experience for me apart to nursery I was actually afraid that he will cry or not feel comfortable but I was wrong he was very happy. While I was there to pick him he want to give her lots of kisses and that's mean he was ok .definitely I will recommend her she is really friendly with a good heart bless her .thank you so much for looking after my child .
