Hi parents, I am a loving, caring and outgoing person. I have always been maternal and love children. I feel that we can learn so much from them...They are fascinating. With the children I enjoy creative activities, taking them outdoors, playing and reading stories.
As an actress and performer, I am fun, energetic and I love to play and explore new things, which I think is very important when working with children.
I love cooking. I can cook a variety of yummy meals (fun and healthy) and enjoy doing it, so I would be happy to do so.
My Experience
I have been nannying with different families for the last 5 years. The families have had children aged from newborn to 7 year olds. I am good with babies and younger children, and have a lot of experience with them, but I am happy working with slightly older children as well.
My duties have included:
Nursery and school runs
Cooking lunch and dinner
Sorting naptimes
Bathtime
Overnight stays (Sole care)
Playgroups & Park
Casual babysitting
Play dates
Light tidying/housework
Homework
I also work as a sessional Family time worker for LBHF where I work with children & families at a contact centre, and as a back up carer/babysitter for a family friend who fosters babies from newborn to 3 years.
I am looking for part time (possibly full time hours) with a new family.

My Qualifications
BA honours degree in European Theatre Arts - Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance
I have a FULL CLEAN DBS (available on request)

Monty worked for us part time for over a year, looking after my two sons, aged 1.5 and 3 when she started with us. She has been great to work with, from a mum's perspective she is very reliable, responsible and easy to communicate with. She is also fantastic with the boys, playing with them, managing behaviour and making them feel loved and happy. She has a sunny and positive disposition so it is always a pleasure having her around. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
