Full-Time Nanny / Family Assistant - Warm, Organised & Experienced

We are a friendly family of five looking for an exceptional nanny to join us and help care for our three children: a newborn, an 8-year-old, and a 4-year-old. This is a long-term role for someone who genuinely loves working with children and takes pride in creating a calm, happy, and well-run home.
You'll be a trusted and valued part of family life, so we're looking for someone kind, proactive, and naturally organised, who can juggle a busy household with warmth and a steady hand.

Childcare

Preparing breakfast and getting the children ready for school
School drop-offs and collections
Supporting our newborn's care and daily routine
Taking the children to and from their extracurricular activities, including football and piano clubs (typically weekday evenings, with the possibility of a Saturday morning)
Encouraging positive routines, good manners, independence, and age-appropriate play and activities
Creating a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for all three children

Family Assistance & Household Organisation

Preparing healthy family meals and children's dinners
Keeping the children's areas tidy, organised, and well maintained
Managing household essentials and keeping key items well stocked
Helping the home run smoothly day to day
Assisting with children's laundry, school bags, uniforms, and general family organisation

About You

Kind, caring, and genuinely passionate about children
Experienced with both newborns and school-aged children
Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual
A confident driver with a clean licence (essential for school runs and clubs)
Looking for a long-term role where you can make a real difference
