Another sad review

Very frustrating experience with Dara recently. We agreed to meet in advance and expected Dara as agreed, however I didn't hear back from her on the day; she didn't respond to my calls, and there was no prior warning given. I feel this was a sign of unprofessional behaviour, simple ignorance which was also unkind to us.

We were let down by Cheina's careless attitude, sadly. After she contacted me expressing her interest, then called me for a chat. We agreed for a specific date/ time, but she never came and I haven't heard back from, even after my follow-up message. Not only it's unprofessional in her part, but also unkind to families like ours.

Childminder review

I am a single parent with one daughter who is now 5 year old.
We started working with Razia during the pandemic times and she has been such a great help for us ever since! I am an NHS clinician and sometimes have to work prolonged and extended hours.
Trying to find an affordable, reliable and flexible childcare is always a challenge, especially in our area.
Razia is incredibly kind and loving person and she created a really strong bond with my duaghter.
She is great with kids of all ages, and provides a safe nurturing space for them to play either at home or whenever she takes them out. We love Razia, and I can highly recommend Razia to other parents.
