I would recommend Gill, in my personal experience I felt confident from when I first spoken with Gill over the phone and even more so when we all first met Gill at my home as a family.

The children, my husband and myself warmed to Gill straight away, she is just a lovely person, her skills and techniques (speaking and working) with the children shines through and I was able to relax straight away knowing that she would and has provided high quality care.
I also went to see Gills home which has a great feel to it also - I knew then also as bonus that the children was safe in both home environments.
(Also travelling in the car I can confidently recommend Gill is amazing!)

She is extremely well trained and you can feel this and it shows in her experience on a daily basis with the children.

I was really surprised the first time Gill babysat my children at night time, when I returned the children was fast asleep in their own rooms - and the next day they only had positive and nice things to say - including when are we going to see Gill next.

Gill helped support my son Jacob with his learning and development, helping with homework, it was lovely for a 1 - 2 -1 setting which helped him with his confidence at school - year 2. and also my other Son Harry in school year reception I found his was more engaged and motivated learn with the different ways Gill showed him, using sensory techniques.
