We’ve had Lucy as our nanny for the past three months, caring for our 11-month-old daughter and 6-year-old son. From the very beginning our little girl adored her and adapted to her quickly. Lucy was very involved, attentive and caring — she spent quality time playing with her, offered plenty of comforting cuddles, and gently introduced a consistent daily routine. I felt completely at ease focusing on my job knowing my daughter was in safe, loving hands.

Lucy also did a wonderful job with our son. Despite him not speaking English at the time, she found creative ways to communicate and engage with him, making sure their time together was fun and enjoyable.

She has also been incredibly flexible and understanding with my dynamic work schedule, always willing to adjust her hours when needed and making everything feel effortless for our family.
