Nicky seemed to be a lovely lady however after accepting my offer of employment to be a nanny for my son, Nicky then ‘disappeared’- not answering any of my calls or my messages. Despite leaving me in a difficult situation not having childcare for my son at such short notice, I feel that I have had a lucky escape. If she fails to communicate before signing a contract, I dread to think what she would be like after signing. I have no trust for this lady and I would warn other parents about this too.

I would have been absolutely fine if Nicky had found a job more suitable for her and I had told her that many times that I would try to be as flexible as possible however she didn’t tell me and left me with no childcare instead.
