About Me
Hi! I'm a 26-year-old student at the University of Sheffield in my second year of Graduate Entry Medicine. I previously studied in Exeter and moved to Sheffield in 2021, where I have loved exploring and making the most of the Peak District! I have a caring personality with lots of energy to play sports, as well as a keen interest in arts and crafts. I have been DBS checked through my university course, and I have experience in hospital paediatrics as well as personal experience with young children in my family. My Experience
I have a young nephew and two young nieces, whom I've babysat for years, including overnight periods, and have learnt about newborn care, enjoyed creating new games and involved the children in skills such as baking. I also have gained experience through my medicine course working with children during a paediatric hospital placement.
My Qualifications
I am first-aid qualified.
I have tutored children in English and Maths.
I speak fluent English and Welsh, and am currently learning beginner Spanish.
My Availability
I am usually in university or on hospital placements from 8-4 Mon-Fri, but can be free most evenings and weekends.
I will be off placement between 21st August and 8th September and can possibly offer daytime babysitting during these dates.
