I love working with children and have have a strong record of babysitting and childminding for local families around the Glasgow's Southside. Offering support and help for families and parents that are looking for additional help during COVID -19. Able to cook, clean, read stories, carry out activities, help with homework and love arts and crafts. I am able to pick children up from after school clubs if required, as I have a full driving license.

My Experience
Babysitter and childminder for families and parents around the Southside of Glasgow (Newton Mearns predominately), having worked with children in various settings nursery/classrooms and school settings I have a good understanding of how children behave and play. Pupil Support Assistant for an Additional Support Needs School in East Renfrewshire Council.
I have just secured a place on the Primary Teaching Course at Glasgow University starting August 2020 and would love some more experience teaching activities and games with them. I am a Brownie Leader at Newlands South Church and have a good background and knowledge of Girlguiding UK.

Initially we were hesitant to get help with our kids. Having Shona here was a very positive experience for us and we only wish, we would have found her earlier.
She is very professional, flexible and put us completely at ease. Shona was very understanding with our daughter and son, who have additional support needs. Our kids really like her.
We are very impressed with Shona and can genuinely recommend her to anyone who is looking for help with their children.
