My Requirements
I'm looking for a baby sitter/ Childminder/ Nanny. Who will help me with 3 of my kids. 8yr old, 3 year old and 7months respectively. And I would really like the individual to be flexible ( to work sarturday or Sunday) because of my rota. I would also appreciate if the individual have baby/ infant experience.
To start full time January 2026. But will like to book 2 trial days on the 12th of December 2025 and 14th of December 2025. This will be paid per hour.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties for the kids include:Bathing, cooking, feeding, dressing, school drop off and pick ups, taking kids for extra Maths and English lessons, swimming lessons, bathing and bedtime routines.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Would prefer female, who is patient, gentle, kind and understanding, knowledgeable to teach children, previous experience with children, have DBS, registered, have an idea of first aid. Must have a CV.

Okio is the best childminder I've met so far. She is professional, her communication and interpersonal skill is top notch, she is friendly, kind, understanding, and have a way with kids. My little one started at about 12 months + initially she was fuzzy but after she settled in she became a different baby ( lol in a good way) she would go to okio without crying, became more independent and her social skills improved. Okio was patient with my baby doing the settling in period , I've never picked up my child with a dirty nappy on, she takes them outdoors and I get good update about how my child is faring while I'm away.
I couldn't have asked for a better minder

Words cannot describe the way i feel about this minder, She is FUN-tastic yes i know i said Fun-tastic and she is also Fantastic, i have met several minders believe me but none like her, My son immediately bonded with her on the first meeting which surprised me because my son is very weary of strangers before i knew it, they were already jumping and playing without my input, i never felt so happier than that day, you know that feeling as a parent when you have searched for a long time and it felt like you and your child can't just find the right childminder, well that wasn't the case with Mona we connected on the first day.
She is so LOVING, CARING,TRUSTWORTHY, CONSIDERATE and most of all SHE LOVES HER JOB and not just in it for the money, i have never met anyone most suited for their JOB ROLE like her. its hard to meet GENUINE people who really LOVE your KIDS as yourself ( the parent). Don't get me started on her skills most especially COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS, she communicates effectively both to the child and to me the parents.
All i can say is thank you Mona and we Love and appreciate you.
