My Experience
-I have natural experience with children from growing up in a large family and very passionate and curious about child development and psychology.
-Additionally I have taken part as a teaching assistant in a reception and nursery class within a primary school setting as part of my Level 2 qualification work experience.I have also learnt alternative training at two different nurseries during my Level 3 qualification.
-Before the pandemic I was also a nanny providing after school pick up and supervision for two siblings.
-I have been located at a children's creche for over 2 years,where I have gained experience with babies from 3 months to 8 years of age.This has given me more confidence and experience with young babies also.
-Iam able to greet and communicate with parents about their children's individual needs (such as feeding/changing times and being aware of child's circumstances ect illness/tiredness),to ensure they are content as possible and receive everything they need.
-I can often be left in charge of the room to cover when a child's changing needs is needed with a colleague because I'm responsible and can use my initiative in a fast paced environment.
-Iam able to offer house work if needed as I regularly clean the crèche and have had cleaning experience in previous jobs
My Qualifications
BTEC Level 2 childcare,Cache Lvel 3 Childcare Diploma,children's paediatric first aid,reliable references and updated DBS
My Availability
Iam looking to offer regular or casual babysitting from in Leamington with flexibility in surroundings areas including warwick,whitnash,kenilworth and coventry.
Flexibility includes Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 onwards towards the evening
-Weekend flexibility too.
-School holidays flexibility
-Can provide set families with casual/regular babysitting as I like to have a trusting relationship with families (but can also do casual service)
