I am writing to recommend Hayley, who has worked as our part-time nanny since January 2026. Over the past several months, she has provided excellent care for our daughter, Freya, who recently turned two.

From the start, Hayley has been warm, reliable, and genuinely good with toddlers. She takes a proactive approach to the role, planning structured weeks that include farm visits, trips to the park, playgroup, and a variety of other local activities. We have regular photo and video updates or our little person on her days out.

Hayley brings her own daughter to work with her, and the two girls get on really well together. It has been a lovely bonus for Freya to have a companion to play with, and Hayley manages both children with ease. So much so, our daughter often asks when both Hayley and her daughter are coming back (5 mins after they have left for the day) Hayley is also super flexible around our needs, which can change at short notice, and she consistently finds practical solutions without any fuss. Seeing Freya happy and settled at the end of each day speaks for itself.

Hayley is a capable and caring childcare professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend her.
