When I had my little girl pixie, I was between my first and second year doing my degree at university, I had to go back when pixie was 10/12 weeks old, I was devastated but it had to be done! I was referred to Natalie from a friend, I went to Natalie’s house to meet her and straight away I knew she was the most caring, lovely person, I knew before leaving she is who I wanted looking after my daughter.. fast forward 4 years and she has become a second mum to our little pixie.. I couldn’t have wished for better! I have two older children that were in numerous different childcare settings because I was never happy with the care! Natalie has become a valuable friend to us over the years and she feels like family she not only cared for pixie but she’s loves her so much and that’s why we all love Natalie! She has done so much for not only pixie over the years but for us all as a family, she has a heart of gold and the kids are never bored, pixie came home very happy and content every single day and I knew she’s had the best day with Nat! I couldn’t recommend anyone more to take care of your child honestly to leave my tiny baby felt gut wrenching but Nat understood that and kept me updated with pictures and messages to ensure my anxiety was eased but it didn’t take long for me to realise how amazing it worked for us.. pixie unfortunately had her last day with Nat at the beginning of September and it was heartbreaking for us all, we were all crying, I felt awful that I had to take pixie to school and she couldn’t stay with Nat, because if it was up to me pixie would be 20 and still going to Nat lol we will still see her because that’s how much we value her! We love her to bits and we couldn’t of ever wished for better.. we love you Nat!
