Isbah has been looking after my son for the last 10 months, from when he was around 12 months old. My son loves his time with Isbah and we have been so thankful for her guidance and experience in terms of development advice and expectations. Despite having a suspected speech delay, Isbah has worked with my son to develop some words and encourage his non-verbal and verbal communication, helping him to understand boundaries and learn new physical skills also.

During morning drop off, my son is always so excited when he realises where he is and Isbah always welcomes him with a big hug before helping him to access his favourite toys whilst we hand him over. At pick up time, Isbah always gives a relevant and thorough handover, tailored to meet our concerns where relevant. She provides well rounded meals and is able to adapt them to encourage the children to eat a variety of foods.

The children all get along well under Isbah’s care and she is able to nurture their social skills. They attend numerous different play groups and activity days to encourage this further, as well as to encourage outside stimulation. We are kept up to date with regular photos and videos and the children bring home their pieces of art. Isbah has a brilliant set of resources at her house that aid learning through education and play and a wonderful back garden for outside activities. They often walk together to do the school drop off with the older children.

My son is a lively and active boy and we are constantly in awe of Isbah’s energy! He has loved his time at Isbah’s house and adores her whole family. We will miss her!
