We have been so grateful to have had Niki looking after our son. She has been brilliant with him from day one and has built such a lovely relationship with him. He has always been happy and settled in her care, which has given us real peace of mind.

Niki is warm, caring and patient. She always kept him engaged with different activities, and he enjoyed their days together. It was also lovely to see him build such a nice friendship with Niki’s little boy.
