About Me
Hi all, my name is Roshini. I am a newly qualified diagnostic radiographer. I am from Dublin but have moved to Hove for my career. I work as a babysitter in my spare time to support with my expenses. I would describe myself as being a reliable, kind and hard working individual. I communicate well with children of all ages.
I prefer to babysit regularly for families so that the child/children will get to know me overtime, allowing them to become comfortable around me so that a relationship can be established but I am happy to help occasionally on an adhoc basis too. I am a great mentor so I would be able to engage your child in educational activities, watch over homework completion but also participate in fun activities too!!
With having just started my new career, I am not fully flexible with my availability so work dates would be best scheduled a little in advance. I am available most evenings, including weekends and I can also do overnights if needed.
Although I am a babysitter rather than a childminder I am a highly professional & experienced worker. And as a newly qualified medical professional my free time is valuable to me. I am an extremely hard worker who believes in providing quality care to people of all ages (that includes children, adults and the elderly, especially those who are part of vulnerable/at risk groups).
A little bit about me:
I have volunteered as a STEM ambassador for children in the past so I love to teach. I served as a committee volunteer member for a large student helpline during my time studying in Glasgow. I have run as a student representative for my peers at my educational institutes. I currently do shifts at three clinical sites within the Brighton and Hove area as a radiographer. I have a newly declared disclosure check which allows me to work with both children and adults.

My Experience
I have experience taking care of children of all ages. My duties while caring include preparing meals, feeding children, light housekeeping, teaching, completing homework, playing games, taking children outdoors, bathing, and reading to them before sleep.
I am best at working with toddlers and preteens. I am also comfortable with children of other ages including smaller babies.
While completing my HNC I have volunteered as a STEM Ambassador. The job of a STEM Ambassador is to teach children science through activities, games, experiments and topical theory and to increase awareness and interest in this area.

Available throughout the week, mostly during evenings and weekends. I have increased flexibility over holiday seasons.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.50 per hour
Babysitting from 10£ per hour. If there is more than one child to look after and additional tasks to complete, hourly pay should be discussed.

Roshini is friendly caring person. She took care of my son very well while she was picking and dropping him to school.My son really like and enjoyed her company. A trustworthy person.
Overall
We have used Rosh several times to look after our 13 and 15 year old children, including overnight stays when we have been traveling with work etc. Rosh is really organised. She makes sure that the kids get homework done, go to bed at the right time, leave for school on time etc. The kids think she is great and love her cooking! I spoke to several of Rosh's references before using her for the first time and they all said great things, and we never have any doubts or hesitation about leaving our kids with her. Very reliable and extremely trustworthy.

Roshini is an exceptional babysitter. She is well loved by my 2 year 10 month old son. I would definitely recommend her to any parents who is looking for childcare.
