Outstanding

My daughter has been going to Charlotte's coming up to a year. She is awaiting an assessment for ASD. I needed someone who was understanding, caring and had a little training & experience with this. My daughter fitted in pretty quick with charlotte & now loves to go to Charlotte's. She even asks to go on the days she doesn't attend.
Charlotte gives them great choices of food and snacks weekly. Keeps them very busy with different things and groups each week. My daughter always comes out happy & smiling. Telling me all about her day.
Nothings too much for charlotte, very understanding & quick to reply and communicate. Dotty was very anxious and shy with others and since attending she's come on leaps and bounds now.
I couldn't ask for a better childminder.

Brilliant 🤩

Charlotte has been looking after my daughter now for nearly 2 years! She’s has the best time there and looks forward to days a charlottes house.
My daughter being a covid baby isn’t a fan of humans but took to Charlotte and her son just great! She settled in very quick to! We had a few settling in sessions previous to her starting and that was a huge help!
Huge bonus that Dave and Alfie are there (the dogs) as she absolutely loves animals!
Charlotte keeps my daughter and the group of children busy everyday with fun activities including arts and crafts cooking and even had their own sports day this year which was a lovely touch!
Attending charlottes has helped my daughter to gain confidence and build friendships with other children of different age ranges.
Charlottes always quick to help and nothings ever a problem. All in all a great service is provided not just with M but as a whole family!
