I cannot praise Karen, at Rosedale, enough! Karen is an angel on Earth – one of the most caring, thoughtful, and kind people I have ever met. Coupled with her impressive experience and qualifications in education and childcare, she truly has it all.

Each day at Rosedale is structured, varied, and tailored to the needs of each child – the perfect balance of learning and fun! Karen nurtures beautiful relationships, building special bonds that help little ones grow in confidence, kindness, and curiosity, while always feeling safe, loved, and supported to reach their full potential. Her communication is exceptional, with regular updates throughout the day, a diary that comes home each night, and progress reports three times a year.

Perhaps the greatest testimony of all is that our children absolutely adore Karen and can’t wait for each day at Rosedale. Knowing they are safe, happy, and inspired, gives me complete peace of mind – and that means everything.

To our family, Karen isn’t just a childminder; she’s a real-life superhero (Mary Poppins!), and we feel so lucky to have found her. We would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking for someone truly special, and extremely well qualified and experienced, to care for their children. Karen is the best of the best!
