About Me
Mother of two adorable children - a lovely 9 year old girl who loves learning about history and a gorgeous 5 year old boy who has autism and loves stories and playing make believe games.
My Requirements
Both my husband and I work office jobs that require some travel to London and some working from home. Our children go to school walking distance from our house in Westbrook/Margate but also have some after school clubs. Both children have some additional needs though are both in mainstream school and generally quite easy to look after! We are looking for someone who can help with some care from April onwards. We need regular help (3 or 4 afternoons a week ideally) with school pick ups and after school care, meal prep and taking our eldest to a local dance class.
Happy to consider part time or full time nannies, nanny shares, extending hours on certain days for morning drop offs if that would suit better.

My son is 6 years old, autistic and very high needs. Since Adam has started supporting him, we have seen such a remarkable difference and my son is now engaging in ways we never thought he would. Adam is so supportive, so caring and really tailors activities to the child and their interests and individual needs. His understanding of SEN and his approaches have been such a breath of fresh air compared to our experience of the school system. My son looks forward to Adam's sessions so much and I feel so happy we found him!
Overall
Verity regularly looked after my children for much of last year and was great. She is bubbly, fun and also really calm and patient. My daughter absolutely loved how Verity would bake and do crafts with her. My son has complex needs and Verity was super patient, considerate and never phased by anything.
Would certainly recommend her!
