My Summary

My Experience

I have always worked with children—I started out babysitting when I was 14.
During my late teens, into my twenties, I ran a Rainbows troop (girls between four & seven) for 5 years.
I have consistently nannied children during the summer for the last number of years, and I spent a year as a live-in Nanny for a family of 5 in 2018.
In 2023–24, I worked with an agency as an emergency nursery assistant for nurseries and preschools in the Leeds area.
Nowadays, I work as a part-time nanny in the Brough area.

My Qualifications

I have no formal qualifications in child care, but I have over a decade of experience.
I have e-training in emergency first aid and an enhanced DBS check I am happy to produce at interview.
Unfortunately, I don't own a car.

My Availability

For any longer term commitments, it's best if you are located in Brough or surrounding villages.
It is very difficult for me to get to Willerby, Cottingham, Beverly or Hull consistently due to public transport being unreliable. (I do not own a car)
For babysitting, I don't mind coming a little further if the hours are worth it. :)

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
• Nannying from £12.00 per hour (gross)

I work for £13 an hour at my agency, but I'm more than happy to come down to £12 an hour. :)
