We wanted to interview Sapphire before she looked after our kids. Scheduled a time and date and she didn’t show. Chased her 45mins later and had to reschedule. Second time she was 20mins late. When we actually booked her to babysit she never showed up! I’ve left messages and voicemail and not even an apology. We had to scramble last minute to get Emergancy childcare. Unreliable and caused so much stress. I wouldn’t recommend.
