We hired this Nanny for a 6 week duration whilst recovering from an operation and the placement was well planned in advance. Unfortunately during the first 3 days she attended there was concerns from both my partner and I, including negative comments made about the responsibilities of the role, reluctance to carry out certain prior agreed tasks, appearing overwhelmed, not following the clearly written out schedule or structure, in addition and very importantly things like the children's nappies not being changed regularly, creams not being applied, children not warming to her and no time spent actual playing with them. We assumed and hoped this to be, whilst concerning, it was teething problems and hoped for better support the following week. We was let down at short notice on the Monday and given in the afternoon what seemed to be very justified reasons with lots of assurance and promises to return the following morning, unfortunately this did not happen which left my partner is a difficult position for two consecutive days as I am currently immobile. We have two toddlers and this caused much stress to our family. Highly unprofessional and would suggest anyone considering this person for employment seeks additional references.

Paige has helped our family out at very short notice several times, she is clearly a complete natural and my daughter took to her straight away. She is very good with children, reliable, great communicator and someone you just feel comfortable with

Rachel has provided hp and support on a temporary basis to my two toddlers, she's bonded well with both and taken the time to understand their needs. A calm relaxed approach and a pleasure to be around
