We had a great initial phone call with Paulina about the role. The conversation flowed well and was very comfortable so it appeared promising from both sides. Despite her being abroad at the time, we made plans upon her return to the UK for further interviews and a trial for our nanny share. Without explanation, she no longer responded to any calls or messages which was quite disappointing for both families and wasted our time and efforts.
