Personal Development Services aimed to inform, inspire and empower children and young people by raising their self-awareness and emotional literacy. I am very resourceful, creative, fun and conscientious.
I have worked with kids most of my life. From looking after my niece and nephews as a teenager to teaching English as a foreign language in Brazil to then teaching Portuguese in the UK, worked as a Live In au pair in Switzerland to eventually working as a School Based Counsellor. I am well travelled, very clued up on cultural diversity. Wrote and published my own book with focus on emotional literacy for young people and most of all being a parent to a delightful young man who is now 25 years old and is my most treasure and joy!
BSc (Hons) Counselling. I am a qualified Counsellor who has worked as School Based Counsellor both with Primary and Secondary School aged children. I have developed my own content and use playful and colourful metaphors to help raise self-awareness and emotional literacy.
Currently I am available practically 24/7 as I have just returned from a 3 month research holiday in New Zealand in order to write volume 2 of my book series so please get in touch and we can make arrangements that suit all involved.

Eliana recently moved to Brighton following travels to NZ. She is a qualified counsellor and has tonnes of experience with children and young people.
We recently met Eliana for coffee and she then had a day with our son. It was a wonderful time and our son (aged 4) loved the time he spent with her. They went for a walk, he rode his scooter, they did zumba, made pancakes and sat together to eat. That was all in a short morning session. We were very impressed and can't wait for Eliana to spend time with him again!
