Dana is amazing, she immediately put me at ease with her confident and warm manner. She asked questions to understand my 11 month old needs, habits, allergies etc. She knew right away what she was doing and managed to settle her to sleep in the evening. It was the first time we had a babysitter and Dana has reassured me that I can trust to leave my baby with somebody else, I hope to see her soon in one of my next bookings!
