Hello, I am a fully trained Norland Nanny, Maternity Nanny and Sleep consultant. Through my early years degree i have knowledge around early years development, supporting routines, sleep support and the EYFS. I am an organised, professional person, who likes to plan ahead. However, I respond quickly and well to change, being able to be flexible when needed within my role. I am a creative, imaginative person who enjoys being outdoors. These skills are able to help me within a role as working as a nanny through the way I provide and plan activities and use resources available to me. I am a calm and nurturing person which helps to comfort younger children and allow them to easily feel comfortable with me.
My Experience
I have 7 years of experience in childcare working with children of ages 0-3.
Through this experience aswell as a level 6 Paediatric sleep qualification, i have vast knowledge in baby and children’s sleep. With a keen interest in establishing and formulating the best sleep and routines for families.

Molly was absolutely fantastic with our 2 girls and with our crazy schedule. She was always prompt and reliable and our eldest (3/4yr old) loved it when she was there to look after them both. She engaged brilliantly keeping her entertained and chilled which is quite a feat considering how wild she can be. Our youngest (6months) was calm and content never struggling to go down or be left alone with her and both girls look forward to and were happy to be left in her care. She dealt with our crazy schedule and dealt with bath and bedtimes with ease! Highly recommend using Molly if you are considering her.
