About Me
Charlotte and John have two children, a boy (7YO) and a girl (5YO). We live in a house on a magical country estate (not ours!) with one horse and one shetland pony

Role
• Nanny
• 2 children (Boy 7 YO, Girl 5YO)
• Help to working parents to take children to and from school, support their after school learning and activities.
• Encourage them to be active and healthy and take full advantage of the country side and horses!
• Help household management (errands, food shopping, some cooking)
Location
• Rousham estate near Steeple Aston.
Terms
30-40 hours a week (averaged across the year)
• Term time Mon-Thurs, 7 hours, 37 weeks
• Holiday time Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, 9 hours (1/2 day Friday), 15 weeks
• It might also be that we also need help in the morning as well on 2 days a week to help on the school run.

Emma did a great job, I would re-employ her and recommend her to others in a similar situation to ourselves.
Emma worked with our 4/5 year old and 2/3 year old during June 2020 at the end of lock down. Our objective was to help the 4/5 year old get ready for school and to replace some of the experience of going to nursery, which was not open following lock down.
Emma was mature, kind, firm and experienced and brought great imagination to the literacy and numeracy games she introduced. We felt very comfortable leaving the children with her who got on with her very well.
On a practical level, Emma was always on time and willing to work more hours to help us out where needed. She organised and fed the children lunch. We were sad we could only have her with us for one month because she was moving to the West Country. We wish her good luck !
