Nicky looked after our 10 month old daughter and a friends’ 11 month old son at our hotel for two days while we attended a wedding. The babies warmed to her quickly and her friendliness, warmth and experience put me at ease straight away. She talked through everything with me in advance and arrived on time. She played with the babies, fed and changed them, put them down and soothed them, and kept us updated throughout the day. We would definitely recommend her, thanks Nicky!
