About Me

I am a qualified primary school teacher with over 10 years’ experience teaching Year 6, specialising in supporting children through the final stage of primary education. I have extensive experience preparing and delivering SATs, helping children develop both the skills and confidence they need to achieve their best.

I hold a First Class degree from the University of Gloucestershire and achieved A and A grades at A Level* from a local grammar school. I have a real passion for learning and love inspiring children to become confident, independent learners across the primary curriculum.

My subject specialisms are Maths, English and History, and I have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum, assessment expectations, and the skills children need to succeed.

Alongside my full-time teaching role, I offer evening and weekend tutoring sessions, with good availability during school holidays. Sessions can be provided online or in person (subject to location) and are carefully planned to suit your child’s individual needs, interests and learning style.

All resources are provided, and every session is personalised to ensure children are supported, challenged and able to make meaningful progress in a positive and encouraging environment.

I also offer support with 11+ entrance examinations, using my experience of preparing children for selective school assessments and my knowledge of local Gloucestershire expectations.
