We whole heartedly recommend our incredible nanny, Ella, who cared for our son for over two years from age 17 months. She is punctual, reliable, trustworthy, and wonderfully patient. Ella is knowledgeable about development and perfectly supported our son's introverted sensibilities, helping him build social skills, kindness, and confidence. She has superb judgement with health, allergies, and medical needs, and is a safe, confident driver. Ella has a fantastic local nanny network, keeping our son active and socialised and introducing us to other local families, which was so used as we were new to the area. Even our cat loves her!

Ella looked after our two boys (ages 2 and 4) for nearly a year and was fantastic. She built a brilliant relationship with them instantly. She is a very active nanny who loves getting the kids out of the house; she regularly took them to playgroups, the library, soft play, and the Bath Area Play Project.
She is also great at socializing children, often arranging meetups with her own nannying network so our boys could play with friends. At home, she was patient and engaged, helping with reading and building Lego. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Ella again in the future. Any family would be lucky to have her.

We have known Ella for more than four years. Ella is trustworthy, thoughtful, patient and kind. Ella is very professional, reliable, responsible and sensible. Our children both adore Ella and they have a lovely relationship. I would highly recommend Ella and would be delighted to act as a reference for her.

Ella was our first ever babysitter. Our children loved her. She engaged with them beautifully. Ella is proactive, professional and calm and we felt confident leaving our children in her care.

Ella was our full-time nanny for our daughter for 2 and a half years starting when she was 7 months old. She provided exceptional care throughout all of the stages of weaning, walking, talking, potty training as well as teaching teaching phonics, numbers, days of the week and writing her name.
Ella is incredibly passionate about childcare and she has an excellent understanding of the
needs and abilities of children. Our 8 year old daughter still talks about Ella!

We immediately felt Ella’s kind, calm and professional influence with the girls (4 and 18 months) who took to her immediately and always look forward to seeing her.
Ella gives me that most important thing- peace of mind. Her expertise and professionalism coupled with her lovely warm personality make her the perfect nanny and childminder. We feel very lucky to have found Ella, she is quite simply exceptional.

Ella is our go to babysitter here in Bath for our 9 & 7 year old children who Ella has known for quite a few years now. We feel very fortunate to have found someone so calm, caring, professional, reliable and trustworthy. Our children adore her which is testament to her skills to engage with them and win their affection as they are usually very reluctant for babysitters to be here and have been known to make quite a fuss. Ella really is 10/10. When my husband and I leave the house with Ella in charge it is with a total sense of lightness and trustworthiness as we know how well trained, responsible and lovely Ella is - which makes our evenings all the more enjoyable knowing our children are being so well looked after.

Ella was punctual and immediately showed initiative to get involved and engage the children, who got on with her really well (our children are quite resistant to childcare/ being with unfamiliar faces, and she read the situation to manage their needs really well ). I was very impressed and highly recommend.

Ella is a fantastic nanny and has looked after our 3 children a number of times. Their ages range from 3 to 8 and she has been brilliant at engaging them all and creating a calm bedtime when she has babysat for us in the evenings. Ella is always punctual and very professional. Our children love her coming to look after them and I would have no hesitation recommending Ella.

Ella has worked with our family for over a year and during this time has developed a lovely bond with my daughter, who has some additional needs and does not always respond well to being looked after by others. Ella is a very positive and calm person, and has been great at building a relationship that has clear boundaries and real care for my child. I always feel confident leaving my daughter with her. It is a pleasure to have her helping our family, and I highly recommend her.
