About Me
I have several years experience as a nanny and I have a Certificate of Higher Education in Education Studies (Primary) & Diploma of Higher Education in Education Studies (Primary) and a first-class honours degree in Education Studies (Primary). I would describe myself as a reliable, trustworthy, caring, flexible and a bubbly person. I also have a lot of patience which I think is crucial when working with children. I absolutely adore my nieces & nephew who are 4 and 6 years old and my youngest niece is 3 months old. They are such characters and I love spending any opportunity I can with them, we enjoy spending a lot of time outdoors with nature and keeping busy with various fun activities. I also have an advanced DBS check and I’m paediatric first aid trained.

My Experience
I am currently working for family of two children aged 6 and 10 years old, in this role during term time I do pick up and drop off, I walk the family's dog, household chores, cooking and taking to various activities. During the school holidays I carry out full days where I provide fun activities for them to do and also take them out on day trips. I also have experience with working with children who have autism. My past experience includes nannying for a family of three children aged 3, 5 & 7. Where I provided them with a full days care for the youngest, after school care for them all and I also work school holidays. I also have over years paid experience looking after two children aged 7 and 13, I would cover the school runs/after school care and would also provide full day care during the school holidays whenever needed. During my time with this family I would carry out jobs such light housework, meal prep & cooking, help with homework, take to various activities such as tutor and music classes.
I also have experience younger children as I have helped look after various family & family friends children ranging from babies to early school age.
My Qualifications
I have an A level in science and I have completed an access course with Open University called People, Work and Society in which I achieved a Distinction. I now have completed my Primary Education Degree and have been awarded Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Education Studies (Primary), First-Class Honours.
My Availability
I’m currently working full days on Thursdays but I have availability on any of the other days
