About me
My name is Lisa Hill, am 38 years old I started my child-minding career in April 2010 and love every minute of it.
I have 2 fantastic children and we are based in Picket Piece in a 2 bedroom house, the children have access to every room for complete freedom and safety to play and the garden is split into 2 areas, consisting of grass for messy /water play and a play area which consists of a wooden playhouse.
We are walking distance to a Park where we also make full use of the facilities for picnics and free play. We also walk to many groups around the Andover area also go to the farm and Jungle Jungle

• Health and safety and studying to complete my degree in Childhood and Youth Studies with Open University
• Able to offer the government funded care for aged 2/ 3 years
What do we do
Our day consists of playing with all sorts of different toys, games, reading, coloring, cooking and any other activities the children want to do. These activities are split between planned and free play, my main and only aim is ensure the children are happy and secure.
We go to the park including Charlton park Anton Mill Park, Vigo Road Park and The Drove Park, we go for walks to Anton Mill or Charlton Park where we will feed the ducks, complete the nature trial, play football and a new game where we each take a paper bag to collect items from outside to make pictures with, I like to make sure the children get lots of fun exercise and plenty of fresh air.
We attend baby and toddler groups, indoor and outdoor play areas including Finkley Farm where I have a season ticket. Throughout the day we listen to nursery rhymes I have found listening or watching nursery rhymes relaxes the children allowing them to play and use imagination.
I am open to any suggestions to other activities to do from parents and happy for you to get involved with ideas and ensure our days are fun and fully linked EYFS
I now use baby days system so you can log in any time to view pictures of what we are doing

I am the oldest of 6 children youngest being 13 years old, we see each other on a regular basis

I am very good with children and will work in partnership with the parent to make sure the child gets the best and most consistent care I can.
My Qualifications
EYFS Level 1, 2 and 3
Starting my degree in childhood and youth studies in 2016 and have passed the first three years 65% mark.
I also have completed a 3 year first aid course, CAF Awareness, Food Hygiene, Safeguarding and Health and Safety.

I honestly cannot rate Lisa highly enough! I found looking for a childminder quite difficult due to the longer hours I do but only wanting two days a week, Lisa was incredible at working around my schedule and helped me out countless times when things didn't go quite right with drop of or pick up. My son Noah absolutely loved being with her and would even start running to her front door away from me because he was so excited to see her and start his day! I can't tell you how amazing it was to see him so settled and happy, and to see him develop so quickly because he was with someone he trusted. There days were always mixed with time outside, time at out of the house activities and quiet time at home. I got amazing daily photos and updates if anything every happened. She always took on board anything I said and gave me updates of his progress. She's a genuinely warm and lovely lady and her daughters are gorgeous too. We were so heartbroken when we had to say goodbye but unfortunately we moved from the area for my husbands work and it couldn't be helped. I cannot recommend Lisa highly enough and will always be happy to be contacted if anyone wants to know more

Lisa is a lovely down to earth person who you and your children will get along with straight away. My daughter waa always happy to go to lisa an i always felt confident that she wpuld be looles after to a high standard
