About Me
I am 31 years old and looking for part time work mainly during the week but I am flexible so I can do some weekend work if needed. I have a 4 year old daughter who starts school in September so I am looking for work to tide me over until I can start working full time. I hold a full driving licence and have my own car so school runs would be possible if needed.
My Experience
I have 12 years of experience working in nurseries with children in the Early Years, mainly age 2-5 years. I was a part time nanny for 2 children aged 3 and 5 (brother and sister) for over a year, taking over from parents in the morning when they had to go to work. I would get the children ready for school, take them there in my car, pick them up from school, do homework with them, make them their tea and put them to bed on some nights before their parents returned home. I have nannied for a 14 year old boy with autism, and done lots of work covering staff in schools and nurseries. I also have many years of babysitting experience.
My Qualifications
I have a Level 3 Early Years Educator Diploma which I gained through an apprenticeship in a nursery. I passed all my GCSE's including a B grade in English Language and Mathematics.
A Level (C grade) in Health and Social Care. I have also completed various courses in Safeguarding, Moving and Handling, Food Hygiene and teaching Phonics at Preschool age.
My Availability
I am quite flexible and can work around shifts needed, once I have sorted childcare for my daughter.
