Our son has completed his first week of settling in with Liz. At 9 months old, it was a massive transition for us, but Liz has been so reassuring and has made it less daunting. We can't fault the service she provides. Liz has made the return to work so much easier as she has got to know our family through multiple calls, a visit to her home, and a home visit. The communication has been excellent and she is very professional. She really knows what she's doing, and we are very grateful she will be looking after our little one.
