Theresa looked after all 3 of my children at times but mainly my 2 daughters. One from 5 months and the other from 18 months. Both loved the time they spent with her and one of them still doesn’t know she is no longer looking after her because I know she would be heart-broken. Theresa was flexible,was great at communicating with me and my work-life struggle so much easier and most importantly she genuinely loved caring for my girls. I would happily re-employ Theresa should she ever relocate back to Scotland and she knows this!
