1. She is highly personable and approachable, to parents and children alike. She has a clear natural ability to interact with kids and make them feel safe and cared for. You get the sense that she really knows, and loves your child. She also has an ease about her that makes her a pleasure to interact with.

2. Her home is set up so children are a part of it vs separate from it. She truly integrates the kids in her care into her family, and she became an extension of ours in return.

3. Anna is out and about daily. Going out is not a treat - it's a norm, and the children thrive on the adventure, the outdoor time, and the socialisation in public places.

4. Her cooking is (apparently) fantastic. My little one never comes home hungry and eats a variety of fresh, real food.

5. Anna offers highly personalised and adaptable care. She accommodates the reality of frazzled working parents exceptionally well and is prepared for things like forgotten nappies, or waterproof gear - which is immensely helpful.

Anna became a huge part of our support network and "village" in the UK, and the impact she's had on my 'impossible to settle' son has been huge. He walks in happily and easily, and truly loves his time there.
