I cannot rate Lou enough. My son has a complex heart condition and she is the first person I have trusted besides myself and my family. She goes above and beyond every day to care for the individual needs of all the children. She took special care to learn all about my son and his needs, including requesting a health care plan and training on his equipment. Nothing felt like too much to ask and my son loved every day he was with her. She taught him so much during his time at Lou Lou's Little Ones and the change in his confidence and social skills is remarkable. I truly cannot thank her enough for all she has done for our family and giving my son his first taste of independence in the best possible way. She has set him up perfectly for preschool in September and I can't wait to send my youngest to her too!
