When we looked at childminders the plan was to find one until a space became available at our chosen nursery, but then we met Lou! She is just amazing and knew this is where my son was going to stay permanently! He absolutely thrived in her care, starting off so shy and clingy to so happy loud and independent. She gave him the best foundation and confidence ready to start school and I can’t thank her enough for the love and care she provided him in the 2 years he was there, we will miss her so much.
