She started looking after our firstborn son when he was 18 months old, and came up with a lot of age-appropriate development-encouraging play ideas we hadn't thought about. English is not our first language, and though our son was also going to (English-speaking) nursery part-time (so we only had the pleasure of having Debbie around once a week), it's only after we took Debbie on that we really noticed him starting to speak words in English - and it sounds like he's enjoying learning, too: during these Covid-times we've worked from home quite often, and we've often heard our son talking and giggling with Debbie in a different room.
She's been a good influence on not only our son, but also to us as parents: She has lots of experience with many different babies and toddlers, and has given lots of small tips and suggestions, which has been all very welcome to us as first-time parents. We have no hesitation in recommending Debbie to anyone considering employing her.
