We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better childminder than Nicole (“Nic Nic”). From day one, she has created a warm, fun, and engaging environment that both of our children have absolutely loved being part of.

Nicole has a gift for making every day exciting. There are always thoughtful activities planned, along with daily trips out, which the kids look forward to so much — and all are included, which is such a bonus. It’s clear how much effort she puts into creating opportunities for them to play, explore and learn.

She is also incredibly reliable. Short of being on death’s door, Nicole is always there, which gives us huge peace of mind as working parents. More importantly, she consistently puts the children’s wellbeing first. We have always felt they are in a safe, caring environment, and she will always communicate any concerns with us.

We’ve really valued the updates she provides during the day — hearing what they’ve been up to, what they’ve eaten, and how their day has gone. She offers a great variety of food (even if our older one doesn’t always agree!), and it’s reassuring to know they’re being so well looked after.

Our children are now 3.5 and 1.5, and both have been with Nicole since they were 10 months old. Watching them grow and thrive under her care has been wonderful. We are absolutely gutted to be leaving due to moving out of the area — otherwise, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay with her right through to reception.

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Nicole as such an important part of our children’s early years and can’t recommend her highly enough.
