Ester has been caring for our 3 boisterous boys (5-11) after school for a few months now, and she's won their trust quickly with her kindness, great cooking and clear boundaries. She's a fun, proactive and very helpful person to have around, who makes the household run more smoothly for two full time working parents. Ester keeps things lovely and clean and is open and communicative. My youngest son is enjoying learning a few words of Spanish from her.
