About Me
Hi my names Adam, I’m offering my childcare services to all those who may need them in and around the Staffordshire area.
I'd personally like to expand my knowledge/experience in particularly working with children with SEMH needs or complex/challenging behaviours, but would also be happy to consider regular babysitting roles/duties.
I have an array of experience working with children, I’ve previously worked within the ambulance service in three different services as a practitioner for 6 years, I currently run a performing arts school in my spare time with my partner and i am also an approved foster carer.
I’ve been a state registered Enhanced Foster Parent for 5years and have 2 long term children and 1 SGO child ranging from ages 7yrs-16yrs.
Im looking to gain additional experience working with a variety of children to add to my CPD and it would certainly be helpful to have a bit of extra cash, especially in today's climate.
I’m happy to provide childcare for non school age children during school hours from 1 to 5 days of the working week, I’m available at the moment from 7:50-3:30 each school day and happy to undertake any adhoc or one off weekend requirements.

I feel i charge a reasonable fee for my services, but if your offering regular dates id be happy to discuss fees.
Due to my role as a Foster Parent I have to ensure the safety of my own children and I have to naturally conceal their identity and my home, so please do not feel offended if I’m not overly descriptive or willing to share lots of information over the internet initially, but I’m happy to meet all parents/carers and discuss any childcare needs over the phone or in person at my home or yours, or even a covid fashion zoom call, where i'll be more than happy to answer any questions and have a good natter as long as there’s a cuppa involved,
I’m very happy to share Copies of my qualifications, and identity documents as well as valid DBS and government documents etc but I obviously will not share them through messages for safety reasons. (if you are a gold member you can view them on my profile)

My Experience
I’ve had lots experience over the years ranging from delivering new born babies to chaperoning children in the west end theatres to now caring for children with complex needs and those from traumatic backgrounds.
I personally am a parent to two children with attachment disorders and one with autism,
As part of my role as a enhanced foster carer i undertake weekly training including arc sessions and undergo annual reviews, monthly inspections and unannounced visits to ensure were meeting high expectations as carers.
I'm also award winning, sorry had to mention that :)

Plenty of newborn and infant care experience as well as the capability to handle teens.
As a Foster Parent I’m essentially an overqualified babysitter for the government so have plenty of experience and training.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
I charge £10 per hour.
But please feel free to contact me and discuss fees, I’m happy to discuss regular booking discount or lower hourly fees if booking for a number of hours etc
