We were incredibly impressed with Nicky and would recommend her without hesitation.

I first met Nicky at a music class and genuinely thought the child she was caring for was her own. When she told me she was actually a nanny, I immediately knew she was someone I would trust with my daughter.

Nicky came to look after our daughter for a full day, and from the moment she arrived, we could see how fantastic she was. She instantly engaged with our daughter, getting down to play with her straight away, and within minutes our daughter was laughing and having the best time.

Nicky has a natural warmth and ease with children that is hard to find. She made both us and our daughter feel completely comfortable, and it was clear she genuinely enjoys spending time with children.
We felt confident leaving our daughter in Nicky's care and returned to a very happy little girl.

We will definitely be using Nicky again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to other families. She was absolutely brilliant.
