Nicky was an absolutely amazing night nurse helping take care of our daughter overnight a few nights a week for the first 6 weeks after she was born. Nicky was warm, supportive, knowledgeable, and caring. She seamlessly fit into our family and nightly routine and we immediately felt we could trust her with our daughter. Nicky truly went above and beyond when I experienced postpartum complications—she was calm and professional helping us navigate a scary situation and stayed well past her usual hours to ensure our daughter was taken care of while I was in hospital. I couldn’t recommend Nicky more highly and we will certainly continue to use her for babysitting in the future.
