Rumi has taken care of our baby many times. She is confident and experienced, and we have always felt our little one is in safe hands with her. With us she is reliable, punctual, and good at her communications. We also really appreciate Rumi being very flexible, always making such an effort to accommodate our needs and help even when she is busy or when there are last minute changes in schedule.
