Tracy and the girls are amazing! I have used Treasures for both of my children up to them starting school, the care and support Tracy and her team offer is outstanding. My girls have loved every minute they spent there and bonded with everyone that looked after them. The setting is definitely a home from home and is always welcoming and friendly. Tracy’s knowledge is regarding early years is amazing and she would always be my first port of call if I ever had an issue. Thank you so much for taking amazing care of my girls they miss you all so much!

The best decision we made!

Finding the right care setting is one of the hardest decisions a parent makes, but choosing Treasures childcare was easily the best decision we ever made.
Tracy and her incredible team, Lily, Elle and Abbie provided not just childcare, but a loving extension of our home.
When our son started at 20 months, he was coming from a different setting where he struggled immensely and we felt his needs weren't being met. The transformation was instant and unbelievable. He settled amazingly within days, completely reversing his prior experience. Tracy and the team showed incredible insight, actively supporting his unique learning and developmental journey, navigating any challenges with professionalism and genuine care. The solid foundation and confidence Tracy and her team built is evident today as he is now thriving in reception and has been since the day he started.
We were so confident in the environment that we later sent our daughter there at just 8 months old. As she grew, it became apparent she was struggling with her speech. Tracy immediately stepped in, implementing specific, focused targets for both the setting and our home environment. Thanks to her proactive and dedicated support, our daughter is now flourishing.
Neither of our children were sad to go in the mornings. In fact, they would often ask to go on the weekends! The nurturing, home-from-home atmosphere they created meant the children always felt safe, happy, and stimulated. A special shout out to Rob, who our son looked forward to seeing every morning while getting his breakfast!
Our recent move, driven by a change in job and house, meant we had to leave Treasures Childcare, and it was honestly the hardest decision we have ever faced. We miss the daily interactions tremendously.
To this day, we still feel like family. The children FaceTime Tracy regularly to share their latest news and achievements, knowing she will be genuinely happy and proud of them. We couldn't thank Tracy, her team and her family enough for the foundation of confidence, happiness, and learning they built for both of our children. They are truly exceptional and we would recommend them to anyone.

Highly Recommended Childminder

I can’t thank Tracy enough for the incredible care and support she gives my child. She truly goes above and beyond every single day — making sure my child feels safe, happy, and included. She takes the time to understand his needs and creates activities that help him learn, grow, and thrive in his own way. She is always approachable and welcoming, taking the time to speak with me regularly, provide detailed updates, and explain next steps in his development. I feel reassured knowing that he is not only safe and cared for, but also supported to grow, learn, and enjoy his time there. Her dedication, warmth, and genuine love for the children she cares for are truly exceptional, and it’s clear that she puts her heart into everything she does.
Tracy works in close partnership with both myself and the professionals involved in my son’s care to ensure he receives consistent, well-coordinated support. The feedback from these professionals has mirrored my own thoughts, highlighting how well she knows my son and how effectively she meets his SEN needs within her setting. Tracy is extremely knowledgeable about SEN and is already implementing all of the strategies that the professionals would have recommended. Her insight, dedication, and genuine care have made such a positive difference to my son’s progress, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional support she provides. I feel so lucky that my son has such a caring, knowledgeable, and committed childminder, and I am grateful every day for the positive impact she has on his life. I always feel at ease knowing my child is in such caring hands. She treats him like one of her own and celebrates every little achievement with us. Even the dads are happy

My wife and I have taken our daughter to Tracy from age 1 though to age 6. This review is from dads perspective, though I am sure the boss agrees.

Tracy has been a godsend to us, as a two parent working family with no other support in the area, we needed a reliable, professional, structured, friendly … you name it … option for extensive childcare. Pre-school age, this meant long working days, and during this time we were afforded all the flexibility needed. Our daughter clearly had support appropriate for her age, and as she grew a little older, this evolved to provide her a great start into school life. As our needs changes, through working from home and the new school run requirements, Tracy and her staff were always on hand to offer a solution. Tracy takes responsibility, recognising the need for communication and open-ness, in all matters including details of those who work with and for her, information about the setting and anything else relevant like covid regs. We have a relationship now where if in need, any time of day, I know we would be able to get help if we really needed it. With contracts so fair, flexible, transparent and fit for purpose, there is nothing to worry about. From the perspective that really matters – children developing – all I can say is that my own Daughter appears to have had a great start and we will all miss Tracy, her assistants and the other children when we leave her services through personal circumstances. If we could have remained, we certainly would have. Dads out there – nudge the missus into at least popping over to have a chat and see for yourself.

The best!

Tracy has looked after all four of my children, they have all been very happy in Tracy's care. As a parent you find yourself supported and reassured, Tracy is so experienced she has given me so much advice over the years. My first experience with another local childminder was very different, it made me realise how as a parent I had to connect with the childminder too. I find Tracy friendly, helpful and great with my kids.

My child hasn't been with anyone other than grandparents and us and she's settled into Tracy's like nothing I've seen! It's a welcoming environment that's stimulating even for a baby at 9.5 months. Feel very lucky to have been placed within her care!

Home from Home

I have entrusted Tracy with my 3 children and have never looked back. Currently my 2 youngest are in her setting and it has never crossed my mind to place them elsewhere. She has been a fantastic support system throughout the entire time, working with us as parents to overcome any problems that have arised including a diagnosis of autism. As parents we feel 100% confident in leaving our precious children with Tracy, and her assistants are also fantastic, the children have a fabulous bond and they love going which is very comforting to any parent. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending anyone to place their child with Tracy. She loves her job, you only need to see her with the children to see that. :)

Oustanding

Tracy is an outstanding childminder. I first observed Tracy interacting with child in her care at the local infant and primary school whilst I was on maternity leave with my second child and taking my eldest daughter to school. I had already made the decision that I did not want to place a baby with my current child minder and the plan was for my second child to go to a local nursery. After observing Tracy and meeting with her I knew I wanted both my children to go to Tracy's child care setting.

Tracy always has the best interests of both the child and parent(s) at heart. Both my children are very happy, settled and well cared for. Tracy communicates on a regular basis with me as a parent and also offers both my child a range of opportunities to develop their communication amongst many other skills. Tracy also has excellent behaviour management policies in place which endorses the positive behaviour that I expect and want to see in my children. Tracy also goes the extra mile for the children in her setting and will also support to find out if my eldest has an issue that she is not admitting to or disclosing in the first instance when upset. Tracy's setting is warm and welcoming which makes both my children feel content but also puts me at ease as a working parent. Tracy also liaises with the school to mirror their themes in the nursery setting which I feel is a fantastic idea. I would highly recommend Tracy to anyone looking to place their child/children in a childcare setting. Even though I have a structured plan of care/attendance for my children Tracy is very flexible to adapt this where necessary.

FANTASTIC CARE-FAMILY FRIEND

My children receive good quality care from Tracey..... And has become a good family friend. At the moment my eldest child receives care and education from Tracey and my youngest will do from January. Tracey is an amazing women and has always got time to accommodate each family to meet their needs. Day trip out are always educational and fun for the children and my children and myself would be lost without her. Tracey always puts the children first and takes in to consideration the children's interests.
My child/ren receive the best possible care. I work in childcare myself so can be very picky when it comes to having someone else look after my own children as I like things done to the best possible stand. I have no worries of this from Tracey. She is greatly appreciated!

I highly recommend Tracey as a childminder and trust her completely to care for any child with any needs!

I think I need to be a professor though sometimes with the question your eldest asks like how is sand made...lol she will go far.

Treasures Childcare review.

I can highly recommend Tracey. For the past 7 years both my children attended, now my daughter is older and no longer requires childcare but my son still attend.
The care my children receive is always of the highest standard. I have always felt comfortable leaving my children with Tracy, as she hold the same family values as we wish to instill in our children.
Not only I but both my children now look on Tracey as a friend and someone we can trust.
I also take comfort In that the majority of children in her care have also been there on a long term basis. Which gives a sense of security, stability and continuity.
I would have no hesitation in recommending her services to other parents.

Treasures

Tracy first started looking after my eldest child when they were 5 months old. She provided excellent care for her, with an interesting stimulating environment but more importantly love and affection. There were many trips and outings and opportunities for her to develop friendships with other children, several of whom my child is still friends with at the age of 11. She provided nursery education for her when she reached 3 until she started in reception and I liaised with the school my attended to provide complementing activities and I am in no doubt that this superb start to her education is why my daughter has done so well at primary school. My daughter adores not only Tracy but the whole family and as we had no family close to where we lived, the close relationship between my daughter and Tracy was essential. When we then had our son, he was extremely premature (born 13 weeks early), when he was well enough and I had to return to work, Tracy cared for him as well. Despite the fact that he had several ongoing health, developmental and allergies problems, he thrived under Tracy's care. If it had not been for the fact that we moved away from Yorkshire to be nearer to family, both my children would still be being cared for by Tracy while I work. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

the day you moved away was probably one of the hardest things about my job. I knew I was going to miss you all. oh yes I missed you all but you did not get rid of me that easy.
You still come and visit me and now we get a free holiday to your house at least once a year. You became an extension of our family and that is one of the most rewarding things about doing my job.. my family gets bigger without all the sleepless nights.
its amazing to see how far that tiny baby has come and what a star your little girl has become.
I think you are amazing too.
