About Me
I'm a mum of three wonderful adventurous children, who has dedicated their entire working life to childcare. My experience means I know how vital these first few years are for children and I strive to create an environment which allows them to flourish.
I look forward to welcoming your child to my warm friendly home that is spacious and inviting - I focus on child-led playful learning with an emphasis on outdoor discovery and adventure. Childcare is my passion, there is nothing better than witnessing curious kids? discover, learn, laugh, play and develop.
I love to explore and travel and encourage my children to do the same, so we’ll be spending a lot of our time in the great outdoors, letting our imagination run wild, getting up close with wildlife and making the most of nature.
We are very lucky to have a large secure garden – which includes a small orchard, veggie patch and climbing equipment. It’s a truly magnificent place to explore and play in – and we usually will be, come rain or shine. I’m also positioned between two local parks – both within walking distance.
Children can make the most of a dedicated learn and playroom inside my home. This area will be filled with fun resources, set-out activities, and open-ended play. The next door dining room has a comfy sofa and chill space for children to relax after all that playing!
Everyday is a new adventure, from shopping at the local green grocer's to feeding the birds at the Hamptons nature reserve just down the road. And I also have membership to the National Trust, Kew gardens, Painshill Park and Historic England to name a few, so there are endless adventures to be had.
I can't wait to welcome your child in my home and take care of them.

I am Ofsted approved via an agency. I have had over 20 years of childcare experience, including being a babysitter, a deputy manager of a nursery and a teaching assistant.

I started to send my little one to Claire when he was just over 1 year old. He settled straight away and I could tell he truly enjoyed and loved being at Claire's. She has such a huge, tidy and beautiful garden with lots of outdoor toys which made my boy so happy. She took him to the different places such as library, play ground and park which I really appreciate. When my boy refused to eat pasta, she cooked some sticky rice for him! It's sad to say good-bye to Claire because we are moving abroad.

Our daughter absolutely loved being at Claire's home nursery. Claire has a lovely home full of toys and a huge garden to play in. Given Claire's previous experience working in a school, the setting was professional and educational as well as fun! Our daughter also loved the trips Claire arranged to the local library, parks and visits to see horses. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Claire to anyone. Even though we've now moved away, our daughter still talks about "going to nursery" on a daily basis.

Claire is a real superstar!
We can’t thank her enough for the extremely caring and nurturing home environment she has provided for our 2 year old son.
From her welcoming and beautiful home and garden to the amazing outings and experiences she has taken him on. Claire is beyond patient and caring and He absolutely loves his time with her and her family and often doesn’t want to leave.
Our son has really thrived under Claire’s care and we couldn’t have ask for a more perfect fit. She will be missed and I highly recommend her.

Claire is just brilliant. Easy going, polite and very flexible. She took fantastic care of my 3 year old son - her knowledge, care and attention to detail are superb. She clearly loves her job and was always keeping me updated with what they were up to (which was always something!) Her home is a lovely safe place for children to play and explore in, especially the garden which i'm very jealous of (my son still talks about the sunflower he grew last year!!). I highly recommend her.
